原 成利 （Shigetoshi Hara）
1971年静岡県生まれ。英国国立ウェールズ大学経営大学院経営管理学修士修了（MBA）。大学卒業後、大手装置メーカーにて主に新規事業の立上げに参画。その後、外資系材料メーカーにてビジネスグループ長、戦略マーケティング部長などを歴任。約22年間、CMP(Chemical Mechanical Planarization)に関連して、精密加工分野で主に技術営業やマーケティングに従事。2015年5月に「株式会社リンク」設立。代表取締役社長に就任。新規事業の立上げやプロジェクトの推進をメインに「お客様の一員となって、共に創造する」二人三脚のスタイルで、主に半導体及び電子部品分野において多数のお客様と活動中。「実行」を何よりも重視している。
スイス連邦工科大学MOTコース、同志社大学大学院TBI技術経営コースを修了している。
Shigetoshi HARA is currently working as an independent consultant and CEO at Link Cooperation since 5/2015.
Previously he worked at Nitta Haas Incorporated 7/2002 – 4/2015, where he became the Group Leader of its CMP Business Group in 2008, the marketing and sales.
He also worked at Shibaura Mechatronics (7/1999 – 6/2002) and Toshiba Machine (4/1993 – 4/1999).
Shigetoshi worked in the semiconductor CMP business for over 25 years. He is familiar with each aspect of the CMP business: technical, market trend and competitive dynamics.
He is member of following groups: The Japan Society for Precision Engineering(JSPE), Japan Society of Applied Physics(JSAP). Japan Society for Abrasive Technology(JSAT). University of Wales, UK, January, 2016. Master of Business Administration(MBA).
