原 成利 | Shigetoshi Hara
1971年静岡県生まれ。
英国国立ウェールズ大学経営大学院にて経営管理学修士（MBA）を取得。
スイス連邦工科大学MOTコース、同志社大学大学院TBI技術経営コース修了。
大学卒業後、大手装置メーカーにて主に新規事業の立ち上げに参画。その後、外資系材料メーカーにてビジネスグループ長、戦略マーケティング部長などを歴任。長年にわたり、CMP（Chemical Mechanical Planarization）を中心とする精密加工分野で、技術営業・マーケティングに従事する。
2015年5月に株式会社リンクを設立し、代表取締役に就任。新規事業の立ち上げやプロジェクト推進を中心に、「お客様の一員となって、共に創造する」ことを大切にした二人三脚のスタイルで、主に半導体・電子部品分野のお客様を支援している。
戦略や提案だけで終わらせず、「実行」することを何よりも重視している。
PROFILE IN ENGLISH
Shigetoshi Hara was born in Shizuoka, Japan, in 1971. He holds an MBA from the University of Wales, UK. He has also completed Management of Technology (MOT) programs at ETH Zurich and Doshisha University.
After graduating from university, he began his career at a major equipment manufacturer, where he was primarily involved in launching new businesses. He later joined a foreign-affiliated materials manufacturer, where he held senior positions including Business Group Leader and General Manager of Strategic Marketing.
Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in the field of precision processing, particularly in CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization), with a strong focus on technical sales and marketing.
In May 2015, he founded Link Corporation and became its Representative Director and President. Since then, he has been supporting clients primarily in the semiconductor and electronic components industries, with a focus on new business development and project execution.
His approach is based on working alongside clients as a member of their team and creating value together. Rather than stopping at analysis, strategy, or recommendations, he places the highest priority on execution and works closely with clients to turn ideas and strategies into tangible business results.
